Once I place my order, when will it be processed and how long will it take to arrive?

When your order is received, we normally process it within 24 to 72 hours (3 days) - this does not include actual time of delivery (see below).

Arrival times for orders delivered within the U.S. usually depends on the region of the country you live in. Once your order is shipped, the following is only an approximation:

    U.S. Priority Mail Insured: 3-4 days arrival
    U.S. Media Mail Insured: 2 weeks arrival

Arrival times for orders delivered outside of the U.S. usually depends on the country you live in. Once your order is shipped, the following is only an approximation:

    International Airmail: 2 weeks arrival

Please note that Insurance may actually slow the delivery time of your parcel due to it having to be signed & accounted for at different destination points. As a reminder, Media Mail (shipped within U.S.) can be slow - delivery usually within 5-8 days of shipment - but can take as long as 2 weeks.

I need my order delivered by Christmas. What are my options?

• The deadline for guaranteed Christmas delivery to a domestic address via USPS Priority Mail (3-4 days arrival) is Tuesday, December 18th.

• The deadline for guaranteed Christmas delivery to a domestic address via USPS Express Mail (overnight arrival to most areas in the continental U.S.) is Thursday, December 20th 12:00 PM EST.

• The deadline for guaranteed Christmas delivery to a international address via USPS Express Mail (2-day arrival to most countries) is Tuesday, December 18th.

• Please note: orders may be delayed further due to USPS processing higher volumes of mail during the holidays. Also there is no guaranteed Christmas delivery for domestic Media Mail or regular Airmail International shipping.

I don't have a credit card and want to pay by check or money order. How can I do this?

Please note that our "Shopping Cart" is not limited to just credit card orders. After you choose the item(s) you want, and you're ready to check out, you have the choice of selecting the payment option for check or money order. It will allow you to print an order confirmation and includes all the details such as where to send payment, etc.

What happens if some or all of the items I order are out of stock?

We apologize for this inconvenience. We normally process and ship your in-stock items immediately.

Your out of stock items will go on backorder and will be shipped when the item(s) become available. Please note this can take 4 to 6 weeks. If paying by credit card, backordered items will not be charged until they come in.

On occasion we may decide to hold your entire order until backordered items arrive and ship everything together. That's only if we are sure that the backordered items are in transit from our vendors and due to arrive to us within a reasonable time.

Either way, you will receive a confirmation about the status of your order and all the details.
