Please note that we use sufficient packing material in crush proof boxes when shipping our products worldwide. We don't bother using bubble wrap/padded envelopes as these have a tendency to tear open and/or items can get crushed. We want only the best service for our customers!
All items are subject to availability, price increase and/or backorder (not always in stock and must be reordered from our distributor). You will be notified if items are on backorder. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery (overseas longer).
Sometimes we make mistakes when pricing items on our webpages. We reserve the right to correct any item(s) with misquoted prices at the point of sale.

Please read the following important information regarding international shipping, terms, etc.
The postage charged on your order does not include insurance. This is an optional service for orders under $50. The fee is $7.75 in addition to postage and can be added to your order during checkout.
If you decline the optional insurance, we will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
We require insurance on international orders subtotaling $50 or more. This will be automatically added to your order total during checkout.
No bank drafts or foreign currency accepted.
We do not offer surface/sea shipping to international countries.
Customer is responsible for all local importation fees, duties, and/or taxes.
Returns
We have selected our merchandise with great care, and made every effort to describe it thoroughly. If you find that you are dissatisfied with anything purchased from us, it may be returned - in unused condition - for credit, substitution or full refund (less shipping charges). Please dispatch within 30 days of your having received them for any item(s) you have decided to return. Ship all items well packed, insured, and send to:

Please note that we cannot allow credit for items received from you that have been damaged in shipping due to your packing them poorly.
If you receive an order from us and in the event of shipping damage, please notify us immediately and do not return any damaged item until you have received authorization from us.
If you receive a CD, DVD or music book folio from us that is genuinely defective, you may return it for a replacement. You must tell us exactly what and where the defect is - for example, "CD skips on the second song at 1:53"; or "no sound on video 12:15 minutes". We cannot give refunds on opened items - only replacement copies of the same material. Your postage costs in sending the defective item(s) to us will be reimbursed either by credit or refund.
Some slight irregularities in recordings may not qualify as defects. These include recordings that contain anomolies which are sometimes interpreted as inferior sound quality due to the age of the recording(s) such as CD reissues of old 78’s or field recordings and often have surface noise which could not be removed from the original source. Another example is "budget label" CD's which sell at a lower price than standard releases and don't sound quite as good. Also we've no way of knowing if a particular title and its track listings are "original versions" of the songs or not, or whether tracks are from their original "stereo or mono" masters, etc. This is generally unavoidable, and such recordings are not defective.
Regarding our instructional DVD’s that come with companion tab/music booklets - these may or may not include the full transcriptions to each song/demonstration as performed on the DVD. The same applies to music books folios with companion CD's - these may or may not include the full transcriptions to the recordings presented on the companion CD. These are matters beyond our control and we do not allow returns for such an item once it has been opened and/or played.
Because most recorded products are sealed at the factory, and all CD’s, DVD’s, and music book folios are subject to wear and tear on even one playing or preview, we regret that we cannot take back an item because you do not like it.
