From the very first time that I heard Chet's playing on the radio, I found myself in love with the sound he was making, the Gretsch electric guitars, the tape echo machines that gave his recordings such dimension, the incredible fluidity and precision of his playing on the standards of the time. Chet moved on through his career to other sounds and other styles of music, yet my affection for his brilliant recordings of the 50's and early 60's remains. Here in this CD are more of my arrangements for guitar in that special sound of Chet's.
