Specifications:
Especially rare footage are the two Mose Rager segments. Mose was a close friend of Merle Travis and helped to create the "Muhlenburg Sound". The performances by Chet Atkins span from 1975 to 1987 and present an exciting duet with Jerry Reed playing "Jerry's Breakdown".
Merle Travis is featured in two different segments. The first was recorded for a TV show in Canada in 1979 that was hosted by Thom Bresh. The 1981 footage of Merle was recorded at Thom's home in Nashville. Included is a blazing performance by Doc Watson in a 1987 concert.
