Whereas Country Routes CD Carter Sisters & Maybelle Carter with Chet Atkins covered the final shows recorded for Radiozark in Missouri from 1950, this CD covers the original 1949 shows to no.12, except for a few titles on Country Routes CD Early Chet Atkins.

Chet plays on every track, taking brilliant solos even when really providing accompaniment to the Carter Sisters, who wisely give him all the room he wanted.
